We believe that the Word of God resides in the community, so important decisions are put to a parish-wide vote (electing parish council, calling a pastor, etc.).
We are small enough to really know each other. We encourage participation in a small faith-sharing group to form closer friendships.
When we gather to celebrate the Eucharist, we are offering ourselves and our lives, and we are fed, leaving renewed. Participation in the Sts. Clare and Francis Community will affect your everyday life and vice versa.
We believe that diversity brings wholeness. When we say “All are welcome,” we really mean it! Jesus excluded no one and neither do we, period.
We have both male and female clergy, open communion to everyone, and shared leadership between clergy and laity.
